SHIPPING INFO
Orders placed after 8am on Wednesday and any order placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday.
If you live outside of the eastern half of the US (any location where it shows your shipping is 3 or more days transit, and yes that includes you Texas) we strongly recommend selecting UPS 2nd Day Air. We CANNOT guarantee fresh bread delivery for options with 3+ day delivery times. However, we WILL guarantee freshness with UPS 2nd Day Air. Additionally, all East Coast shipments are guaranteed.
We bake our bread fresh weekly. In addition, we only ship early week to avoid the buns getting stuck in transit over the weekends. For these reasons, orders can take up to a week to ship. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an automated email that includes tracking.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend FREEZING IMMEDIATELY upon delivery to maintain product’s freshness. Our breads can last in freezer for up to 1 year. They can last outside of freezer for 3-4 days outside of direct sunlight and in moderate temperatures. You can refrigerate our breads for up to 10 days. Our bread products are preservative free.
Thawing Instructions:
All of our products with the exception of bread loaves will thaw in 30 minutes or less. You can also leave them in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.
For bread loaves, most customers like to keep half a loaf in the fridge and the other half in a freezer bag in the freezer. This way you will always have slices available without having to thaw the entire loaf.
Our breads can be microwaved for faster thawing. Microwave for 20-30 seconds & toast.
