UnbelievaFlour is a high-protein, low-carb flour with 44 calories, 8.5g of protein, and 1g net carb per 2 tsp (12g) serving. It is the same flour we use to make UnbelievaBuns, unseasoned, with no added sugar. You'll receive 2 bags with 6oz of flour per bag.
We created this flour so you can make healthier 'fried' chicken. For fried chicken to be healthier, it takes 2 main components: removing the oil from frying and a healthier flour for the coating. The air fryer handles the oil. UnbelievaFlour handles the coating.
It can also work in baking. Since cookies use all-purpose flour as the main ingredient, our flour can replace all-purpose flour in recipes like these, though you will need to experiment with ratios.
