UnbelievaPretzels - High Protein, Low-Carb Pretzels (4 Per Bag)

UnbelievaPretzels are high-protein, low-carb Bavarian-style soft pretzels with approximately 20g of protein, 2g net carbs, and 140 calories per pretzel. They are made from the same dough recipe as UnbelievaBuns, cut at a slightly larger size, and salted, so sodium is higher than our buns. You'll receive 4 pretzels per bag.

This listing is for prototypes from our test batches. These are handmade each week, so each bag of pretzels will be different. Some are thin, some are thick, some are weird. We want your feedback on texture, shape, size and flavor. We think the flavor is very good, just like a regular pretzel. Your preference on texture is the most important part. The thinner the dough, the more dense the pretzel. Conversely, the thicker the dough, the softer the pretzel.

A note on salt: 
Salt does not freeze and thaw well. If you receive a bag that doesn't seem to have salt on the pretzels, it most likely does. The salt has disintegrated and most of it gets absorbed by the pretzel, so it will seem salty enough. If you prefer more, we recommend spritzing the pretzel with water, then adding coarse sea salt. Spritzing helps the salt stick.

Product Details:
You'll receive 1 bag with 4 pretzels. These are shipped frozen, but will thaw during transit. Re-freeze as soon as your shipment arrives.
